Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Add the green beans, onion, and red chilli, and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the beans are tender-crisp.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and beans, and toss to combine.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot with steamed rice.
